Jairo Cadena
Founder & Principal
Jairo spent more than twenty years at Microsoft building the identity and security products behind modern enterprise access — from Active Directory to Microsoft Entra — used by hundreds of thousands of organizations worldwide.
Over the years he owned successive layers of the identity stack — device identity, hybrid and cloud authentication, the authorization platform, and identity governance. His Hybrid Azure AD Join idea gave hundreds of millions of devices an identity in Azure AD, laying the foundation for device-based Conditional Access; he partnered with Windows to help define the modern credentials that became Windows Hello for Business; and he drove the migration of hundreds of millions of users to cloud authentication.
Most recently, he took the core services of Entra ID Governance — entitlement management, access reviews, lifecycle workflows, and guest governance — from incubation to launch, shipping its first AI Copilot.
